For years, intense social anxiety made being seen feel more terrifying than exciting. Long before she became a keynote speaker, joy catalyst, author, podcast host, and founder of Joyfully You, Amy was quietly searching for the voice and aliveness she knew existed somewhere inside of her.

That began to change when she became a yoga teacher. To her surprise, standing in front of a room with the intention to inspire and empower others didn't shut her down — it lit her up. What started as a spark quickly became a calling. Before long, Amy was MCing events, guiding groups, leading transformational experiences, and discovering that joy wasn't just something she felt.

It was something she couldcreate, embody, and share.

In the wild

Today she leadsstreets full of dancing humans.

Amy has spoken at conferences and leadership events across North America, sharing her message of joy, courage, and embodied leadership with audiences ready to reconnect to their aliveness.

Known for her contagious energy, embodied presence, and ability to turn ordinary moments into powerful experiences of connection, Amy helps audiences understand joy not as a luxury, but as a catalyst for courage, creativity, resilience, leadership, and human connection.

JOY
Her message, in one line

Joy is fuel.it changes rooms.

It helps us access courage, shift our state, build belonging, and become the kind of humans whose presence changes rooms.

Through her keynotes, workshops, podcast, Joy Camp, and weekly dance parades through the streets, Amy helps people remember that their energy matters — in their teams, families, communities, workplaces, and every room they enter.

Her work goes far beyond "having fun." Amy uses joy and play as tools for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, personal growth, and courageous leadership.

When Amy isn't on stage, hosting her podcast, or leading streets full of dancing humans, you can find her singing in her local choir, laughing with her community of friends, orunapologetically horizontal— resting in the sun and refilling her own joy reserves.
